How to get Address Verified in Google AdSense without Pin

Adsense pin verification is difficult for some people, but easy for others, especially for people who living in a developing country like me. For example, in Ethiopian country where I live, there is no known address or place, no personal post number and no house number. However, for the first time received the email Adsense Address Verification Pin in the my mail. I am confused. But I got information from google search, that it is possible to verify without a PIN. There are a number of prerequisites that we must make when considering to Verify Adsense without PIN, But, before proceeding to the next step ensure that you meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Request new PIN 3 times
• Earn $ 10 in the last 4 months

When and How to Request Adsense New Pin? 

Once you’re past the Address Verification Threshold, (usually $10, for some publisher Adsense send pin automatically within 0 balance), Adsense automatically generates a PIN and sends it to you in the Mail. They use Standard Post Office mail without any tracking. Your PIN should be mailed within a week after reaching the $10 threshold.

If everything goes well, the pin should take about 2-4 weeks to reach you. But, post office connectivity isn’t good in many rural parts of several countries, especially here in Ethiopia. Besides, strict lock downs during this pandemic can also be a reason for the delay. 

Your first resolution is to request duplicate PIN(s) Every publisher can request a duplicate PIN if they haven’t received their PIN after a month it was sent to them. Each publisher gets three duplicate PIN requests. The duplicate PINs are the same as the original PIN. If You Did not Receive Google Adsense PIN Even After Applying Three Times, and requested your duplicate AdSense Address verification PIN twice and still haven’t received it, you may be eligible to verify your Address using alternate methods.  Google has alternate methods of Address Verification.

Verify Google Adsense Address Without Pin Only in 2 Minutes

So, Google has alternate methods of Address Verification for many troubled Publishers located in these areas. (probably also for these tough times). So, it doesn’t matter which one reaches first. You can verify your address with any of the PINs. What if you haven’t received your AdSense Address verification PINs after requesting duplicate PINs? You should be signed in to the same Google Account that you’ve used to sign up for the AdSense Program

1. Log on to AdSense, preferably on a Computer.

2. Find the Address verification card:

3. Click on the three dots menu. From there, click on the ‘Help’ option. Click on help

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page that opened after clicking ‘Help’. You’ll find a PIN troubleshooter hyperlink. Click on that.

5. Fill up the questionnaire with the correct answers like so:Scroll for more questions

6. Click on the ‘contact us’ link. In our case you’ll not see the ‘contact us’ link because we aren’t signed in. If you’re signed in with the correct Google Account, and your account is eligible for an alternate verification method, you should see a ‘contact us’ link somewhere at the bottom.

7. Clicking on the link takes you to a form where you can enter your 

• Name
• Email
• Publisher ID and choose a 
• Document’ for alternate verification of your address.

To get the Publisher ID, visit the Homepage of your AdSense account and look up in the URL (Address bar). It looks like this: pub-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The usual sequence is “pub-” followed by 16 numbers.Coming to the documents part, I personally used a pdf containing my Passport, Driving License, and Bank Statement. In Ethiopia you can use Ethiopian Government Kebele ID Card. In some of my IDs like Passport, the city is written as Shashemene , while in my Driving License it’s written as Afan Oromo Language. I thought this might lead to issues. So to be safe, I included multiple documents to confirm that I’m a real person. This discrepancy was caused due to the way people pronounce the name of the place in Native language. If your city/town doesn’t have this problem, you should be fine with a single document. So, you’ve filled the form and submitted the documents for your AdSense Address verification.
